ADVERTISING - THE PROCESS:


STEP 1-DECIDING THE PRODUCT TO BE ADVERTISED:
Firstly,you have to decide the product to be advertised.after deciding the product,you must yourself know everything about the product.each and everything about the product should be advertised in true sense.no false information about the product should be published.


STEP 2-APPROACHING AN ADVERTISING COMPANY:
The next step after deciding the product to be advertised,you must approach an advertising company which will advertise your product.advertising company must be chosen wisely.you have to decide according to your budget and requirement that which company to chose.


STEP 3-PAYMENTS AND OTHER LEGAL WORKS:
The next step will be signing an agreement with the advertising company.this agreement contains all details about the process of advertising and the cost of advertising.this agreement should be fair in all the sense as it can be used at the time of any conflict between the two parties,in court.


STEP 4-ADVERTISING:
This is the final step in the process of advertising.in this process advertising is done.posters and banners of the product to be advertised are pasted all over the advertisement sites.this process continues till the time of the expiry of the agreement.

  • PROMOTION OF THE PRODUCT:
    Advertising helps in promoting the product on a large scale.it is one of the main functions of advertisement.
  • GOODWILL OF THE BUSINESS ORGANISATION:
    Advertising leaves an impression in the mind of the consumers that the respected business organisation is a respectable and competitive company,because only a wealthy enterprise can afford the cost of advertising.
  • REACHING MASS POPULATION:
    Advertising helps in reaching mass population and large number of consumers.
  • ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS:
    Advertising helps in attracting world wide customers of a specific product.
THE CONS:

  • HIGH COST:
    Advertisement is not everyone's cup of tea.it demands high costs and only those business organisations opt for advertising who can afford it.
  • NOT USEFUL FROM SOCIETIES POINT OF VIEW:
    Society may not consider those business organisations,who opt for advertising,good business organisations because it may think that advertising is a waste of money and resources.same resources could have been employed for some other beneficial reason.
E-ADVERTISING:

E-Advertising is nothing but using the advancements in technology efficiently.e-advertising is advertising any product through internet.posting the advertisements of several products on different sites is a nice way to promote any product.

ADVANTAGES:
E-Advertising costs less as compared to other advertising.
E-Advertising ensures reaching a large number of people.

DISADVANTAGES:
Not every person has a computer and an internet connection at his home.
People may not trust the advertisements displayed on the internet.


OUTSOURCING:

WHAT IS OUTSOURCING?:

Outsourcing is the process in which a business organisation appoints an agency for the purpose of advertising.no business organisation does the work of advertising on it's own.it always hires an agency for the work of adverting.
